Where It Started

After spending years supporting some of the world’s most innovative startups at leading law firms—including Fenwick, Goodwin, and Wilson Sonsini—I saw firsthand how much time and effort goes into keeping a growing company legally organized. From entity formations and corporate governance to financing transactions and equity management, behind every successful startup is a tremendous amount of administrative and corporate legal work.

 

I also noticed a common challenge. Many early-stage companies and smaller law firms need experienced corporate paralegal support, but hiring a full-time paralegal isn’t always practical. At the same time, attorneys often find themselves spending valuable time on administrative tasks that could be handled more efficiently by an experienced corporate paralegal.

 

I founded this business to bridge that gap.

 

My goal is simple: provide reliable, high-quality corporate paralegal support that’s flexible, responsive, and cost-effective. Whether I’m helping a founder launch a new company, supporting a financing transaction, maintaining corporate records, or assisting a law firm during a busy period, I strive to make the legal operations behind the business run smoothly.

 

I believe every startup deserves experienced support—not just the largest companies. By offering virtual services, I can provide the same level of professionalism and attention to detail that clients expect from top-tier law firms, while giving startups, growing companies, and law firms the flexibility to access support when they need it.
